Saw Joe with BB King a few years back and have been a fan ever since! This is such a great recording of Joe. He deserves all of the accolades and then some!!!!

James – the RAH DVD is amazing! I doubt I will ever get tired of watching it! Joe plays a 2009 Yamaha LJX 26C Acoustic with an A.R.T. 3way Pickup System (System60) built in. Hope that helps!

Just watched the DVD of Royal Albert Hall, so fantastic, was spellbound, my wife & I, which are both pickers and performers,,,am going nuts trying to find out about the acoustic guitar and pick up from High Water Everywhere, please some one tell me the details, thanks!

Agree with what you said. Surprised you didn’t pick up on the LOW VOL of Clapton’s guitar!?! That is my only knock on the DVD.

Kim… GuitarDaddy is 52 years old as well… And I agree with you 100%. There are a lot of artists out there that deserve all of the accolades they receive for the talent they share. But there is something, something, something… about Joe Bonamassa. The guy has stretched the limits of what we have come to know and understand about blues/rock guitar to totally new dimensions. I was not at RAH, but I have seen Joe live, and without a doubt it was the finest live performance I have ever experienced. The RAH DVD allows me to re-live that night. I am so happy for Joe and the fact that he reached one of his life goals. Best of all, he shared it with us via DVD and I, like you, relive that dream several times a week… Thanks for sharing, -GuitarDaddy

I am 52 yrs of age and have never commented on an artists performance publicly before , but this dvd literally brought me to tears….I have watched Joe Bonamassa throughout his career and to see him culminate into not only the guitar master he has become, but the vocal and amazing stage presence he now commands, completely BLEW ME AWAY!!! I can’t stop watching this dvd!!!.. A master at work!!!Thank you Joe!!!!..Brilliant beyond expectations!

I’d pretty much have to agree with all that you’ve said.
This is my first ever purchase of JB goods and had it not been for Planetrock plugging it and playing 2 tracks i probably wouldn’t have bought it.
I don’t really think it gets much better than this………….does it??
