508 Park Avenue Update:

On September 16th, I wrote about the historical significance of 508 Park Ave in Dallas, Texas. If you missed the post, CLICK HERE.

The story continues to evolve… and I am happy to announce that the results are in our favor!

508ParkUpdateThe city’s Landmark Commission unanimously denied a request by Colby Properties to tear down 508 Park Avenue based on its “imminent threat to public health and safety.”

    Yesterday, the Landmark Commission of the City of Dallas approved the plans that First Presbyterian Church/The Stewpot proposed for 508 Building and the adjoining building/spaces, which include placing an outdoor amphitheater next to the Johnson building for community events.
